Project Overview
This project involved transforming a 950 sq.ft unfinished basement into a fully legal secondary suite in the Varsity neighborhood of Calgary. The goal was to create a bright, modern living space suitable for long-term tenants while maximizing the property value.
Key challenges included rerouting main plumbing lines and upgrading the electrical panel to support a second kitchen. The final result features a separate side entrance, soundproof insulation between floors and high-durability vinyl plank flooring.
